ATTENDANCE GATHERING LISTS

 

R703 FORMAT 5

R703 format 5 will produce weekly gathering lists for attendance taken during first period each day.  This would most often be used by high schools and junior high schools that take attendance by period and not by homeroom.  Set up R703 format 5 as in the example below:

REPO Report HATT

REPO report HATT gathers attendance by homeroom, as most elementary buildings do.  

§         Select HATT version 02 to collect attendance for 1 week. 

§         Select HATT version 01 to collect attendance for 2 weeks.
