B105 Procedures for Each 9 Weeks
--------------------------------
You must process B105 to create the CLIS
records for each reporting period.
Each time you move from 1 reporting period to another, it
requires a separate
run of the B105 program. The B105 is run at the point indicated in
your
grade reporting checklist. The timing of executing B105 is crucial.
You do not ever what to be staying in any other reporting
period (Exam
or Semester) than a spot for
9-week grades (ie. 1, 2, 5, 6). Displaying
your P302 will tell you what
reporting period you are currently in and
is used when you add or drop via
SCHE. It is
equally important not to
run the B105 to advance too far in the number of reporting periods; if
you accidently
do so, please give MDECA a call to correct the situation.

B105 is to be processed the LAST day of the marking
period.
It can be run prior to the generating of grade
cards. Grade card
print specs will look for the
particular reporting periods and not
check the P302.
B105 MUST process in the night queue. For the second and
4th 9 weeks you will need to submit the B105 multiple
times.
Be sure to submit these in the order listed above.
The next morning check for any error messages on the B105
report on MGMT. Check P302.
It should now be set at the
new term and reporting
period. If it is not, call MDECA
before proceeding!!!!!!!!
