CONT – Emergency Contacts

The student contacts screen is used to store and display contact information corresponding to each student.  In an emergency this screen can be accessed quickly to find out whom to contact. Partial information from this screen is also displayed on the MEDI screen and some reports.  Contact information can also be transferred to a new building when electronically transferring student records.  CONT Note:  The first two contacts listed on a student's CONT record display/print on various SIS screens and reports.

P113 Note:  Enter "Y" in the Medi field on the P113 Student Contact Types parameter screen to display the contact type on MEDI sub-screen CO (contact).
