PADR SCREEN

PADR – Parent/Guardian Addresses Defined

The PADR screen is used to store additional or alternate parent/guardian addresses for a student.  For students whose parents live at multiple addresses, PADR enables you to store additional addresses as well as print report cards, transcripts, and address labels for these additional addresses.

Custody codes can be defined for each address stored on PADR, so that school personnel will be alerted of any custody concerns.  When a PADR record is defined containing a custody code, which is flagged as an alert code, a “C” will blink above the student ID of the related student on certain screens displaying student information. Verify PADR records with REPO report PADR version 01.

Sequence Field Note:  Each student can have up to 99 different parent addresses.  Enter a number between 1 and 99 in the Sequence field.  Do not enter "0" (zero) in the Sequence field.

PADR Mailing Codes Enter "A", "N", or  "O" to indicate when an address label or report copy
is generated for the parent/guardian or other address entered.
A Address record for which address labels and reports should ALWAYS be generated

family doctor, and other similar records.  Name and address records with "N"

records.
