REPORT CARDS FOR STUDENTS WHO OWE FEES
Use batch job B126, Batch Creation of Student ID Table, to create lists of student ID numbers (P149 versions) to use for processing reports. Only the students listed on the P149 version will be selected in the report.
Create a P149 list of student ID numbers of students who owe fees, and another P149 version of students who do not owe fees. Then run report cards (R700) in two passes – one with student’s owing fees and one for those who do not.

Example of B126 defined to select student’s who owe fees.

This is a list of student ID numbers with student’s that owe fees.
Example of an R700 using P149 version #95, report cards for students who owe fees. Since these student’s owe fees, you have the option to hold these report cards until fees are paid.
